Background:
Launched by the Urban Institute, Child Trends, and Social Solutions in the spring of 2012, PerformWell leverages research-based findings about program outcomes, performance indicators, measurement techniques and questionnaires, and performance management strategies to help human service professionals better manage their programs' day-to-day performance and deliver more effective solutions. Using real-time data collection and analysis, PerformWell helps program staff conduct internal performance management on an ongoing basis.
Outstanding Web Features:
Visitors to the site can search for resources/tools by name, category, or indicator; browse surveys and assessments, outcomes measurement tools, and service delivery improvement resources; and rate and review site listings (requires registration). The site also features frequent webinars, a newsletter and a feedback channel.
