Kern Community Foundation - Foundation Assistant
Seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide full-time administrative support to Kern Community Foundation staff including delivery of high-quality service to the Foundation’s donors, grantees and other key audiences. Successful candidate will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, the ability to represent the Foundation in a professional manner, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and social media applications, Associate degree plus one year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, and valid CDL. Experience working with nonprofit boards, volunteers and committees preferred, as well as knowledge of the Kern County nonprofit sector and philanthropic community preferred. EOE.
