Web 2.0 and social media are great, but the foundation of your internet presence is your website and ecommunications. Are you doing everything you can so that you are building on a solid foundation? Based on the chapter "Effective Online Communications" from the NTEN book: Managing Technology to Meet Your Mission and presented by author and nonprofit technology educator & strategist, John Kenyon; this session provides strategies, excellent practices and case studies of engaging online communications.
