Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation Seeks Applications for HR Management Software Grants
Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation Seeks Applications for HR Management Software Grants
The Cornerstone OnDemand Foundation, the charitable arm of human capital technology firm Cornerstone OnDemand, is accepting applications to its Impact Grant program, an initiative designed to help nonprofit organizations manage human resource needs through learning and development technology.
Impact Grant recipients will receive, over two years, a donation of software and services worth up to $1 million, including unlimited use of CSOD's learning management system and access to pro bono business consulting services. The foundation will collaborate with the organization to implement, launch, and manage the learning management system and provide consulting services from CSOD employees and volunteer HR professionals who can provide human resource management expertise and guidance. In addition, the foundation will provide support and collaboration over the duration of the partnership.
To be considered for an Impact Grant, organizations must have 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service and an existing training/education initiative that requires a technology solution to effectively scale it.
See the CSOD Foundation Web site for eligibility and application guidelines.
