Nominations Invited for Charles Bronfman Prize Honoring Humanitarian Work
The Charles Bronfman Prize is a humanitarian award that celebrates the vision and endeavor of an individual or team under 50 years of age whose humanitarian work has contributed significantly to the betterment of the world. The prize is designed to bring public recognition to young, dynamic individuals whose Jewish values infuse their humanitarian accomplishments and provide inspiration to the next generations.
The prize celebrates humanitarian endeavor across a broad spectrum of disciplines. Past recipients have distinguished themselves through their work in genetics, the environment, medical education, humanitarian relief, and the transformation of public education.
An internationally recognized panel of judges selects the prize recipient(s) and bestows an award of $100,000.
Nominees should be individuals or teams, not organizations.
Complete program information and nomination guidelines and forms are available at the prize Web site.
