El Pomar Foundation of Colorado Offers Post-Undergraduate Fellowship
El Pomar Foundation of Colorado Offers Post-Undergraduate Fellowship
The El Pomar Fellowship, a program of the El Pomar Foundation in Colorado Springs, Colorado, is a highly selective, two-year post-undergraduate leadership training program that helps to develop "today's young professionals into tomorrow's leaders."
The program is designed to bring together highly qualified individuals with diverse backgrounds and interests, and shape them into effective leaders for the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. Fellows have the opportunity to pursue personal and professional growth through direct program and project management, community development, and grantmaking. Fellows operate the foundation's Community Stewardship Programs, conduct outreach initiatives, and bolster the foundation's grantmaking throughout the state, investing in the people and organizations of Colorado's urban and rural communities.
Applicants must be graduates of a four-year university or college, and should have a Colorado connection (i.e., be a Colorado resident, have attended a Colorado college or university, or have immediate family who are residents or past residents).
The fellowship provides an annual salary of approximately $28,000, as well as benefits.
Complete program information is available at the El Pomar Foundation Web site.
