Fund for Teachers Offers Grants for Summer Programs to Minneapolis Teachers
Fund for Teachers Offers Grants for Summer Programs to Minneapolis Teachers
The Fund for Teachers invites Minneapolis teachers to apply for life- and career-changing experiences next summer.
Fund for Teachers gives teachers the freedom to design their own professional development experiences. Applicants document their vision in a proposal detailing how their summer fellowship will make them a better teacher and the ways in which their experience will impact their curricula.
FFT grants are open to teachers who work with students in pre-K through 12th grade, have three or more years of teaching experience, and teach in Minneapolis Public Schools or at the Blake School.
The fund provides individual grants of $5,000 and team grants of up to $10,000.
Complete program information is available at the Fund for Teachers Web site.
