CSL Behring Foundation Offers Support for Bleeding Disorders Research and Programs
CSL Behring Foundation Offers Support for Bleeding Disorders Research and Programs
The CSL Behring Foundation for Research and Advancement of Patient Health is a nonprofit foundation dedicated to charitable, scientific, and educational endeavors that benefit the bleeding disorders community.
The foundation is accepting grant applications from U.S.-based hemophilia treatment centers, from nonprofit organizations such as hemophilia foundations, chapters, and associations, and from healthcare professionals dedicated to the treatment of people with bleeding disorders.
Grants are awarded in three primary categories: 1) research grants for scientific, educational, social, and/or epidemiological projects; 2) patient grants to hemophilia foundations, chapters, associations, and/or other not-for-profit organizations for innovative programs that address the needs of the bleeding disorders community; and 3) unrestricted grants to assist small, community-based organizations in delivering their services.
All projects must be conducted in the United States, unless there is a specific reason why work must be conducted in whole or in part outside the United States, e.g., a cross-cultural study.
Visit the Behring Foundation Web site for complete grant program guidelines.
