American Tinnitus Association Seeks Research Proposals
American Tinnitus Association Seeks Research Proposals
The American Tinnitus Association seeks applications from scientists and doctors who are affiliated with nonprofit institutions and are seeking tinnitus-related research funding.
ATA's Research Grant Program supports scientific investigations of tinnitus. Studies must be directly concerned with tinnitus and contribute to ATA's goal of finding a cure. ATA grants are for a maximum of $100,000 a year over three years.
ATA also awards grants of up to $10,000 to doctoral students (including Ph.D. and Au.D. candidates) and medical residents affiliated with a U.S.-based nonprofit institution. Candidates must have a qualified mentor supporting their research. Grant funds awarded by ATA may be used for equipment and supplies, including drugs, services, and travel to a scientific conference by the student investigator.
Visit the ATA Web site for additional details and specific guidelines.
