Program Services Director

Direct program services to ensure the development of contemporary program opportunities within the total council jurisdiction to enrich and strengthen membership and meet program goals. Ensure the development of girl-centered, age appropriate program. SKILLS: Proven experience relating to a diverse workforce, membership and volunteers. Program design and development skills that include outcome evaluations. Strong supervision and team building skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong project management. Proven skills in developing community partnerships. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Business ethics.
