Development Assistant, Associate and Director Positions Available

The College of Arts and Sciences is the academic heart of The Ohio State University. We host nearly 80 majors. With 39 departments, 20+ world-class research centers, and more than 2,000 faculty and staff members, our students—undergraduate and graduate—have the unique opportunity to study with the best artists, scholars, and scientists in the field.

There couldn’t be a more exciting time to join the OSU Development team as efforts focus on the largest campaign in the University’s history. The $2.5 billion to be raised will transform the University from excellence to eminence.

Three Positions Available:

Each position is part of a dynamic and collegial team supporting the College of Arts and Sciences.

Director of Development (#373317)

Focus will be on fundraising for the performing arts, including the Department of Theatre, Department of Dance and School of Music. A highly motivated, energetic development professional with experience designing and implementing campaign strategy will have the opportunity to spearhead a focused fundraising initiative to raise $20 million for the School of Music.

Associate Director of Development (#373319)

Focus will be on fundraising for the visual arts. A creative, strategic thinker will have the opportunity to build a portfolio from scratch, implement unique fundraising strategies and engage alumni and friends with a passion for the arts.

Assistant Director of Development (#373318)

Focus will be on fundraising for the humanities. An energetic, self-motivated, go-getter will have the opportunity to grow fundraising in support of academic excellence, enhancement of the student experience and engagement with the community.
