Lead and grow strategies to build upon long established development efforts in collaboration with CEO, COO, senior managers and board of directors to support Bailey House’s nationally recognized innovations in integrated housing and care, program design, advocacy and visibility efforts on behalf of men, women and young adults living with HIV/AIDS and other illnesses. Grow private revenues through foundation and major donor stewardship, social media campaigns, external communications, media cultivation, grants development and special events. Oversee a dedicated development team, external consultants and other resources. Reports to CEO.

BA/BS required with a minimum of 10 years proven track record in managing diverse development strategies that include major donor cultivation, foundation grant prospecting and management, special events, direct mail, social media, grants writing and reporting, cause marketing initiatives, visibility campaigns and staff and consultant supervision.
