Fund Development Officer

VCCF is looking for a motivated development professional to support VCCF’s fund development priorities, including working with donors in establishing new funds, to coordinate field of interest fund endowment and annual donations, to support VCCF’s annual and initiative campaigns and sustain new fund raising. Works with part time administrative support and coordinates with other VCCF staff, include donor relations, philanthropic services and volunteer committees.

Successful candidate will have excellent writing and oral communication skills, technology skills to work with database, reporting and online design tools for reporting and proposal materials, a collaborative work discipline and desire to build and strengthen existing and new donor relationships. Requirements require bachelor’s degree, fund development and/or donor relations experience, with planned giving and/or community foundation fund development experience a plus.
