Citi Performing Arts Center - Prospect Research and Grants Manager
The Prospect Research and Grants Manager will work directly with the Chief Development Officer (CDO) and CEO, Board members, and other development staff to support their research and grant writing needs. The Manager will conduct research on individual and foundation/corporate/government prospects, prepare written research reports, identify new donor prospects, assist with moves management, and oversee prospect screening. He/she will also be the lead grant writer and liaison with institutional funders, working closely with the CDO to align grant sources to key strategic initiatives.
Skills/Abilities/Competencies:
This position requires a comprehensive understanding of grants and prospect research practices, a high level of professionalism, collegiality, self-motivation, organization, and familiarity with the goals and objectives of Citi Performing Arts Center.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

Candidate must have a proven track record in Grant Writing, Grants Management/Compliance, and Prospect Research/Identification/Management.

Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge is preferred; familiarity with WealthEngine, WealthPoint, ResearchPoint, and Spark are pluses.
