Closing and Project Specialist (Part-Time)

Habitat for Humanity East Bay/Silicon Valley (HEBSV) is seeking a Closing & Project Specialist (CPS). The CPS is a full time position, responsible part-time for managing the home closing process and part-time for assisting in the project development process. The activities of this position include assisting in managing Habitat’s home closing process from inception to close of escrow, looking out for the interests of Habitat and Habitat’s homeowners throughout the closing process and helping Habitat to continue its new home and renovation programs throughout the East and South Bay. The main focus of this position will be on closings with project assistant duties as applicable when closing responsibilities do not take up all of the CPS’s time.
