Bachelor's Degree is required, CFRE is preferred. Must have 5+ years successful experience with major campaigns, including; acquiring, identifying, qualifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding donations. This is a FT/Temp position of approximately 2 years, with the possibility of becoming permanent, and will be eligible for benefits.
This position has primary responsibility for organizing and implementing the Agency’s $8.4 million campaign currently underway to double the number of children served through mentoring and mentoring services. This position has primary responsibility for day-to-day management to achieve campaign goals, and implementation of campaign strategies. This position will work closely with the CEO, members of the Board of Directors, Campaign Leadership Council, other campaign committees and BBBS-CNM staff involved in the campaign, providing counsel, support and stewardship. This position will interface with volunteers and staff of other BBBS affiliates in the state as appropriate. This position will supervise one or more administrative assistants.
