Research and write philanthropic communications including print and web materials for comprehensive and annual fund campaigns. Collaborate with a larger communications team comprised of graphic designers, web developers, magazine editors, and project managers to plan and create written materials addressed to specific, targeted external and internal audiences of the University.

Plan and execute a biannual newsletter for alumni of the Social Sciences Division, and serve as liaison between the social-sciences development office and Alumni Relations and Development communications.

Seek opportunities for professional development that will enhance job performance. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher required.

Experience

A minimum of two years of professional writing experience required.

Higher education, nonprofit or other development writing preferred.
