Responsibilities:
The Director of Quality provides the direction and oversight to quality improvement (QI), practice management, utilization management, performance monitoring and strategic/operational data analysis activities. Develops and oversees an organization-wide QI program that supports and advances the organization to ensure effective, efficient services with the lowest cost. Collaborates with program directors and managers to assess performance monitoring and implement improvement plans, and to ensure accountability, feedback loops and monitoring systems.
Collaborates with all areas of the organization and maintains strong customer relations by ensuring the quality of activities and projects, timely completion of tasks. Is a main contributor of educating and training staff, clients and stakeholders when necessary.
Qualifications:

Master's Degree in a healthcare field.

LCPC or LCSW strongly preferred

Strong knowledge psychiatric rehabilitation and upcoming changes in the field.

Five years related experience.

Ability to function in a computer oriented office, including working knowledge of EHR systems.

Must obtain satisfactory results from an Illinois State Police Conviction Background Check.
