Calvert Foundation - Senior Officer, Servicing
Calvert Foundation is seeking to fill a senior officer level position to manage loan servicing. The individual is responsible for all aspects of loan servicing, including supporting the development and implementation of new products. The role requires someone with strong operational and project management skills, a superior quality and customer service mindset, and a commitment to the mission of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of loan servicing, including:

Capture and track commitments following loan approval and closing.

Track and manage pending disbursements, and coordinate with Accounting Operations.

Loan set-up in the servicing system.
-
Prepare invoices for principal and interest payments and pay-off statements, and ensure that payments are properly applied.

Track and manage loan maturities.

Monitor hedges for foreign currency denominated loans.

Monitor borrower submissions, and follow up with borrowers for problem resolution.

Work cross-functionally with other departments to identify requirements and manage implementation of new products.
Required Skills:
-
Undergraduate degree in business administration or equivalent.

5-7 years operational or financial experience in the financial services industry; familiarity with capital markets (hedging) products desired.

Strong operational and project management skills, with excellent attention to detail.

Comfortable working with technology; familiarity with the Nortridge loan servicing system desired.

Strong commitment to quality and superior customer service.

Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people internally and externally.

Solid team player, with the ability to manage through influence.
