Foundation for Social Change - Project Coordinator
Foundation for Social Change is searching for a Project Coordinator to help the Director of Projects coordinate and implement our various programs as well as provide support to the Executive Director and other members of the New York office, allowing these to meet administrative and program goals of FSC.
Position Roles and Responsabilities:

Maintain the agenda of the Executive Director
-
Aid in the coordination and management of ongoing and upcoming projects
-
Prepare daily logistics of the Office
-
Maintain database of digital and physical documents
-
Perform administrative support functions
-
Perform basic translations in English, Spanish and Portuguese (or other languages required)
-
Ability to complete day to day planning and follow up properly
-
Preparation of original letters and other following a model, generate new models when necessary
-
Manage office interns
-
Some travel may be required
Succesfull Candidate will:
-
BA or BS, advanced degree a plus
-
1-3 years prior experience in the field of nonprofit foundations and/or executive support is required
-
Educational background a plus
-
Be comfortable working with culturally diverse organizations
-
Self motivated, proactive, creative and unobtrusive
-
Be highly organized and detailed oriented
-
Excellent communication skills written and verbal
-
Passion, high professional energy and maintain good balance under pressure
-
Ability to uncover new opportunities to take initiative and solve problems creatively
-
Be willing to learn the industry and gain experience in a fast working environment
-
Technological experience a plus
-
Multitasking is necessary
