The Prospect Research Manager supervises the advancement prospect research operations and professional staff. The manager is responsible for oversight of the information and prospecting obligations needed to support the university’s fundraising objectives, including coordination of the division’s training needs and the department’s web initiatives.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of four to five years of progressively responsible advancement research experience including use of electronic tools, large relational databases and internet data sources; non-profit work environment; training and management experience is required. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of internet data sources such as Lexis-Nexis, Dunn & Bradstreet, Hoovers, Foundation Center Directory is preferred.
The Institutional Advancement office has just completed the university’s Centennial Campaign and raised a record-breaking $265 million, surpassing its goal by $15 million.
