Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA), the nation's leading reproductive healthcare advocate, seeks a Manager, Projects and Administration to work within the Accreditation and Evaluation Department (AED). The Manager will provide administrative oversight for all key program areas of the AED and manage inter/intra-departmental work processes. S/he will support all aspects of PPFA's comprehensive accreditation process and supervise AED administrative staff and coordinate workflow for the department. In addition, s/he will work with accreditation consultants and staff to implement and oversee the automation of the comprehensive accreditation methodology, and provide related affiliate and staff training. The incoming Manager will also perform fiscal responsibilities, including supporting preparation of the annual budget and conducting monthly financial reviews; and, as needed, will represent AED on national or divisional workgroups.
