The Computer Clubhouse provides a creative and safe after-school learning environment where young people (ages 10-18) from under-served communities work with adult mentors to explore their own ideas, develop skills, and build confidence in themselves through the use of technology. Using the "flagship" Clubhouse as a model, the Intel Computer Clubhouse Network, based at the Museum of Science, supports community-based Clubhouses around the world, providing thousands of youth with access to resources, skills, and experiences to help them succeed in their careers, contribute to their communities, and lead outstanding lives.

Develop a marketing plan to address community interest in Clubhouse concepts in diverse settings and circumstances, leveraging the impact of Clubhouse ideas and principles beyond the current Network of Clubhouses. Develop new materials for print and Web-based postings, increasing recognition of the Clubhouse Network and supporting the Computer Clubhouse Network's website and on-line collaboration tool, the Computer Clubhouse Village. Collaborate with other staff to document and showcase alumni and youth successes from around the Network. Identify and work with corporate and community partners to support the implementation of community-based Computer Clubhouses around the world, providing fund-raising and grant-writing support to ensure an educational, dynamic, and exciting technology experience for Clubhouse participants. Provide professional development training for community-based Clubhouse staff and others interested in the Clubhouse learning model, helping to codify
and document best practices, develop marketing materials in support of the Clubhouse mission, and fund-raise for long-term sustainability.
This position is full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday
Director, Intel Computer Clubhouse Network
Bachelors of Science or Arts and additional course work preferred;
More than three years' marketing experience.
Exempt (Salaried). Commensurate with experience.
