Manager, Corporate Partnerships

United States Fund for UNICEF - Manager, Corporate Partnerships
Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Partnerships, the Manager of Corporate Partnerships will have significant relationship building, revenue, partnership planning and implementation responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities/Outcomes (include but are not limited to):
- Cultivate, manage and grow relationships with Priority corporate partners with revenue of at least $500,000 and/or potential to grow to at least $1 million per year
- Develop and execute plans which maximize partnerships through U.S. and international activities including marketing, philanthropic grants, and employee engagement while also delivering on the partners’ business and philanthropy goals
- Initiate innovative ideas to generate new revenue (will be responsible for revenue targets of at least $1 million) and develop compelling presentations and proposals
- Negotiate financial terms and contracts
- Lead meetings and liaise with corporate partners, with UNICEF international colleagues, and internally with other USF departments
- Serve as primary contact with partners, coordinating all internal and external resources to ensure the programs are effectively executed and partners’ objectives are achieved
- Work with internal teams to develop visibility/communications plans to promote the partnership(s)
- Lead/participate in designated special projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years work experience in a brand/marketing, sales/business development, or account management role in the corporate sector and/or partnership management experience in the non-profit sector
- Demonstrated success in relationship building, revenue/profit responsibility, and partnership management
- Ability to build relationships with individuals with diverse personalities and/or styles at different levels of seniority across the organization
- Must be a creative thinker with ability to identify opportunities and proactively develop new ideas
- Ability to develop and execute a multi-year business plan including goals, strategy, and tactics
- Ability to lead internal and external meetings
- Experience developing integrated marketing programs (online/social media, retail, PR, advertising/collateral, etc.)
- Experience developing programs targeted to different consumer and company audiences (mothers, youth, mass market, luxury, employees, etc.)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize while working to meet multiple deadlines
- Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to effectively collect, analyze, organize, distill and present information
- Ability to lead projects independently from concept to completion
- Ability to travel to domestic and international developing country locations
- Proficient in PowerPoint
