St. John's Foundation is seeking a dynamic leader to lead and manage the Foundation. The successful candidate will serve as chief executive officer of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding skills in fund raising, strategic planning, organizing, supervising and evaluating development efforts. This individual will enhance relationships with current donors, identify and cultivate prospective donors. He/she will supervise staff of the Foundation and assume other activities and responsibilities as directed by the Board of Directors. Master's preferred, eight years' experience in Fundraising Management and direct supervision is required. Knowledge of community stakeholders is preferred.
