Producing Artistic Director

TheaterWorks, the 26 year old theater that brought the Off-Broadway experience to Greater Hartford, CT, seeks a full time Producing Artistic Director to take it to the next level of success. This 191 seat theater has an operating budget of $1.75mm and a paid subscriber base of 5,400.
Reporting to the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors, the Producing Artistic Director will be ready and eager to take over the financial, operations, fundraising, marketing, programming and artistic direction of the theater, and must direct at least 2 plays of the 5-production season.
