SCRAP - Outreach Coordinator
SCRAP is the Bay Area’s oldest creative reuse center, and has been diverting waste from landfills for use as art supplies for more than 36 years. SCRAP was founded in 1976 to provide art supplies to teachers in the San Francisco Public School system. SCRAP rescues over half a million pound of materials from businesses and individuals and provides them to artists, teachers, nonprofits, and the public for very low cost to inspire creativity.
