The ideal candidate will be thorough, flexible, a quick learner, and proficient in database, spreadsheet, and other computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook). The Coordinator of Operations will be expected to: handle a large volume of detailed information with great accuracy; manage the division's expense budgets and monthly reconciliations (the division is comprised of over 15 departments); provide financial reporting, expense tracking analyses, and other reports and analyses as necessary; manage the department’s IT needs; manage the division's office supply and operational needs; manage the division's intern program; and assist in various Global Resource division-wide initiatives.
Qualifications: Requirements: B.A / B.S. with 3-5 years of fundraising or related nonprofit experience. Experience with Raiser's Edge (or similar fundraising database) required. Familiarity with, and knowledge of, SAP preferred. necessary Also required: current driver's license and clean driving record, experience monitoring and tracking budgets; detail-oriented with outstanding organizational and multi-tasking ability; comfortable working in a fast-paced, challenging environment and taking initiative to seek out information needed to advance projects; strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills; cooperative attitude and demonstrated ability to function as part of a professional team; intellectual curiosity; and an interest in WCS mission. HTML coding experience is a plus. EEO/M/F/D/V.
