WETA - Human Resources Associate
WETA, Washington, D.C.'s PBS station, is seeking a Human Resources Associate to coordinate, support and manage HR processes, projects and functions, including HRIS, HR files and records, employee outreach, HR communications, performance management, staff events, training, recruitment, and budget tracking; provide general administrative support to HR team. Knowledge of basic human resource policies, regulations and procedures. College degree (Human Resources, Business Administration, or management focus preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum two years of administrative office experience, including some prior work experience in human resources.
