Established in 1954, the International Tennis Hall of Fame & Museum is a non-profit institution dedicated to preserving the history of tennis, inspiring and encouraging junior tennis development, honoring the greatest heroes and heroines of the sport, and providing a landmark for tennis enthusiasts worldwide.
The Development Database Manager will report to the Chief Development Officer and work closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Membership and Annual Giving. The Database Manager will provide comprehensive database administration for all activities related to membership and fundraising at the Hall of Fame - to include entry, receipting and acknowledgement of all contributions (annual, capital, major, planned, corporate, foundations, special events, auctions, etc..), updating of biographical information, tracking event activity, generating regular reports, data analysis and overall maintenance and management of the Raiser's Edge database. Must be proficient in writing queries, forms and reports. Should also possess the ability to translate end-user's needs into effective reporting solutions. The Database Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining documentation of Raiser's Edge policies and working with staff (both Development and non-D
evelopment) to ensure policies are being followed. The Database Manager will regularly participate in departmental planning and strategies and events when needed.
Candidates should have 4+ years of solid Raiser's Edge experience as well as experience with ResearchPoint and Crystal Reports. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits.
