Established in 1954, the International Tennis Hall of Fame & Museum is a non-profit institution dedicated to preserving the history of tennis, inspiring and encouraging junior tennis development, honoring the greatest heroes and heroines of the sport, and providing a landmark for tennis enthusiasts worldwide.
The Assistant Director of Membership & Annual Giving will report to the Director of Membership & Annual Giving. The Assistant Director will assist with all membership and annual fund marketing and solicitation efforts of the Hall of Fame. They will work with the Director to design and manage, direct mail, print, electronic, web-based and event strategies. Focus will be on increasing the annual fund and growing the membership program. The Assistant Director will be responsible for member benefit fulfillment, weekly reporting on annual fund and membership activity and tracking against annual goals, drafting weekly acknowledgement letters for the CEO, CDO and lead volunteers, assisting in the planning and staffing of Development and Hall of Fame events, coordinating the hiring and scheduling of Development interns, and representing the Hall of Fame, both on and off-site, with membership sales and annual fund efforts. The Assistant Director will also play the lead role in developing and managing a Friends Program for young members/donors.
Candidates should have 3+ years of non-profit experience, preferably in the areas of development, annual giving and/or membership, solid Raiser's Edge database experience and strong writing and computer skills. This is a full-time salaried position with benefits. Application Instructions
