Center for Investigative Reporting - Media Impact Analyst
The American Council of Learned Societies, supported by the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, has invited The Center for Investigative Reporting to participate in the ACLS Fellows Program. The program encourages recent PhD's in the humanities and social sciences to pursue work in nonprofit organizations. The fellowship provides two years of funding at $65,000/year salary to work full-time in a position designed by the host organization.
The Center for Investigative Reporting Media Impact Analyst position will help deepen our understanding of the impact of our reporting. The Analyst will help position The Center as a leader in the journalism field in the creation of systems and science for understanding the impact of media. Applications are accepted by ACLS until March 27 and the two-year fellow will start at CIR in mid-July.
Application Instructions
To qualify, applicants need a PhD in the humanities or social sciences, strong analytical and communications skills, interest in media and evaluation. Job description and link to ACLS program information are attached. All applications go through ACLS (not directly to The Center):
