Be a part of WETA’s dynamic development team. WETA, DC’s public broadcasting station has an exciting opportunity as the Vice President of Foundation and Government Development. This is a senior management position that leads WETA’s foundation and government development department in securing unrestricted and budget-relieving revenues in support of WETA’s general operations, and restricted revenues in support of WETA’s local and national projects. Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in a related discipline. Minimum ten years of progressively responsible experience and a proven track record in foundation and government fundraising and stewardship. Experience must include securing and managing $1 million+ grants. Experience must include at least three years as a manager/supervisor. Knowledge of public broadcasting and public service media.
