Deputy Director of Membership and Development

We are seeking a Deputy Director of Membership & Development with a collaborative management style and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in non-profit fundraising and/or a membership organization. We are looking for proven success in marketing membership, soliciting and securing individual gifts, inspiring staff and colleagues, and managing a large portfolio of prospects. With experience in membership management & development the candidate will spearhead membership acquisition and retention; identify, research, and cultivate donor prospects; collaborate with the Director of Development on cultivation and solicitation strategies. The position requires superior computer skills including Microsoft Office at a minimum. Experience with Raiser’s Edge or similar databases preferred. Additional position details at
