For over 40 years, MKCCC has provided safe, affordable, and exceptional early care and education to over 5,400 children and their families who live and work in Northern Westchester County. As a non-profit, non-sectarian childcare facility licensed by the NYS Department of Social Services, MKCCC has dedicated itself to achieving its mission of making high quality child care and early education accessible to all, regardless of a family’s ability to meet tuition, incorporating innovative and community-based programming for the critical goal of preparing all children for a successful future.

To achieve our mission, and to enable parents to enter or remain in the workplace, provide economic stability for their family, and contribute to their community and the economy, MKCCC has historically provided partial or full tuition assistance each year to 50% of our children from the most fragile and at risk families, particularly those of low-income, recent immigrants or single-family households.

Mount Kisco Child Care Center (MKCCC) seeks a full time Development Director to manage all aspects of the development program for MKCCC, including annual, planned, and major gifts. Direct the short and long term fundraising strategy of MKCCC. We are looking for a results-oriented person who will develop and manage MKCCC current and potential donors. Candidate should be a self- starter and have experience raising major gifts from individuals and corporate sponsors.

Applicant must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and possess strong leadership and organizational skills with at least 3 years of experience in fundraising, donor management, event planning and data management.
