The Boys & Girls Club of Collier County seeks a dedicated, Chief Professional Officer, who is a career-oriented person with skills in fiscal management, oral and written communications, board relations, resource development, community relations, staff management and building management.

The Boys & Girls Club of Collier County, located in Naples, Florida, is a fast growing organization, with a highly motivated Corporate Board of Trustees, as well as an Area Board, overseeing the daily operation. It has a main campus, including a gymnasium, swimming pool and The Youth Development Center, housing all of its core programs. There are also three off-site units, bringing the total youth served to 1500 daily. Future growth is in the planning stages to expand to at least double the membership. There are currently twenty-seven full time staff and thirty-seven part time people. The 2011 Annual Budget is $3.4 million.

The salary range for this position, depending on experience and qualifications, is: $120,000 to $156,000 annually. A full benefits package is available.
