Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York is seeking a Center Director to oversee day-to-day operations of a vibrant and growing center that serves the Harlem community. Programs located at the center include, Youth Development and Employment, Adult Employment, Eviction Prevention, Senior Services, Food Pantry, and Child Welfare Services.
The Center Director will plan, develop and implement youth and adults programs and activities that are consistent with the mission of Catholic Charities. Develop and maintain relationships with elected officials, community leaders and other potential funders that promote the development of programs to meet the community's needs and ensure the center's fiscal viability.
Master's degree preferred, Bachelors in the area of social work or related field plus 3-5 yrs experience will be considered. Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays and weekends.
Salary upper 50's.
