Development and Communications Director

Annapolis, MD nonprofit org. seeks hi-energy, team-oriented, F/T dev./comm. director to staff fundraising and communications activities, including multimillion campaign effort for new facility.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in donor development, excellent leadership and written/verbal communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and donor database software. Must be a doer as well as a leader. Prefer previous director-level experience, plus major gifts and campaign experience.

Salary DOE.
