Tsunami Relief

The Center for Corporate Citizenship of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce has set up an information resource center to support the disaster response, recovery, and reconstruction efforts in India, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, and Thailand. The site lists companies that have made significant aid contributions, notes the contributions of small and medium-size companies, and provides resources and news updates. According to the CCC, this is the largest international disaster response by the business community since the Hurricane Mitch relief effort in 1998, and if current estimates of $200 million in aid by American businesses are correct, the business community will rank among the largest donors to the effort.
