PND Connections - Beyond Kyoto: Advancing the International Effort Against Climate Change
The Pew Center for Global Climate Change has launched a new initiative, Beyond Kyoto: Advancing the International Effort Against Climate Change, designed to stimulate constructive thinking and dialogue around the issue of global climate change. As part of that initiative, the Center has commissioned six think pieces that consider how best to advance the international effort against climate change and is inviting comment on the working drafts through September 1, 2003. The final papers will be published for release at the Ninth Session of the Conference of Parties (COP-9) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change, to be held in Milan, Italy, in December.
