PND - NYC ARTS: Cultural Guide & Calendar
The Alliance for the Arts, a research and advocacy group dedicated to the arts in New York City, has published the summer 2003 edition of NYC ARTS: Cultural Guide & Calendar. The guide highlights hundreds of exhibitions, events, and attractions at museums, performance halls, theaters, zoos, and gardens in all five boroughs. A special feature of the new guide is information on cultural destinations elsewhere in New York State, including recommendations for day trips to Long Island and the Hudson River Valley. Sponsored by the New York State Department of Economic Development, American Express, and the New York Times, the guide is available for free online and at key points throughout the city, including airports, hotels, visitors' centers, libraries, and cultural institutions.
