A key component of any successful fundraising campaign is a well-crafted gift range chart that clearly shows how many contributions are needed at each donor level. With the free online calculator from fundraising software provider Campagne Associates, fundraisers simply enter the total campaign goal to build a complete gift range chart based on industry standards. Originally part of the company's Alchemy software system, the Gift Range Calculator helps fundraisers map out a campaign, identify which donor levels may need more attention, and track the progress of the campaign. Users can also print or export the chart (into Microsoft Excel, among other formats) to present to board or staff members.
