2010 California County Scorecard of Children's Well-Being
No two counties in California are alike in terms of the well-being of their children, according to a new report from Children Now. Funded in part by the California Endowment, the 2010 California County Scorecard of Children's Well-Being examines twenty-six indicators of child well-being, including measures of children's health, education, and safety, across the state's fifty-eight counties. The data is grouped for every indicator by county population density and per capita income. An accompanying online discussion group enables individuals to discuss the findings and share additional knowledge about child well-being.
