Connections - World Water Day Writing Contest
The Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting and publishing hub Helium have launched a World Water Day Writing Contest as part of the center's Global Issues/Citizen Voices contest series. Articles on the subject of access to clean drinking water will be posted on the Helium Web site, where visitors to the site can rate their favorite pieces until March 31, after which date the ten highest-rated articles will be reviewed by Pulitzer Center staff. The winners will be announced on April 9 and will be honored with Pulitzer Center Citizen Journalist Awards.
