(18 pages, PDF), examined public opinion surveys and found that although there is underlying support for healthcare reform, there is also evidence of public concern over several health reform issues, including privacy and confidentiality of medical records, consumers' capacity and willingness to take on greater responsibility for making healthcare decisions, and the effects of reform on provider choice and treatment options.
