Just Enough Planning Guide With funding from the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation, Spitfire Strategies and the Communications Leadership Institute have issued a Just Enough Planning Guide (44 pages, PDF) to help nonprofits develop issue, policy, and public education campaigns. The guide and accompanying interactive Web site offer advice on nine stages of campaign planning — including setting clear, measurable, and achievable goals and prioritizing one's target audience — as well as outside resources and a printable planning tool (1 page, PDF).
