Chicago Poetry Tour
The Poetry Foundation has produced a Chicago Poetry Tour designed to help residents and tourists explore the city through poetry — virtually or physically. Podcasts of readings by poets Lisel Mueller, W.S. DiPiero, and Haki Madhubuti enable listeners to learn more about city landmarks like the Art Institute of Chicago, the Fine Arts Building, and the Harold Washington Library. The entire tour or just the downtown portion can be downloaded to an MP3 player or viewed with images and an interactive map on the Poetry Foundation Web site.
