Diversity and Inclusion: Lessons from the Field
A new report from Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors and the Council on Foundations shares insights from foundations and corporate giving programs with respect to goals, approaches, and experiences related to diversity and inclusion practices. The second report in a series funded by the Charles Stewart Mott Foundation, Diversity and Inclusion: Lessons from the Field (20 pages, PDF) includes chapters contributed by leaders from Dell, the California Endowment, and the Jessie Smith Noyes, Kellogg, and Robert Wood Johnson foundations, as well as a chapter on how diversity affects effectiveness.
