Amazon Universal Wish List Amazon.com's new Universal Wish List feature allows charity and nonprofit Web sites to be added to holiday wish lists, enabling visitors to the Amazon site to direct donations to their favorite organizations during the holiday season. Some of the organizations included in wish lists to date include Oxfam International, Doctors Without Borders, the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and the Electronic Frontier Foundation.
