Ensuring Justice for Vulnerable Communities in Kenya: A Review of HIV and AIDS-related Legal Services
A new report from the East Africa Initiative and the Open Society Institute's Law & Health Initiative assesses the status of HIV-related legal services in Kenya with the goal of identifying opportunities for establishing programs that provide such services for those living with, affected by, and at risk of HIV/AIDS. The report, Ensuring Justice for Vulnerable Communities in Kenya: A Review of HIV and AIDS-Related Legal Services (42 pages, PDF), is based on interviews with nongovernmental representatives, health providers, people living with HIV/AIDS, legal advocates, government officials, and international donors.
